Major kitchen remodel:

From the beginning, Gary has provided us with exceptional quality of service, construction, and administration. Our kitchen is everything we hoped for. They found problems we would not of been aware of and provided us with details on the repair process. They also took the approach to the remodeling and repair jobs of "we will not leave until the job is done....the right way". And they do just that!

The employee who did all our work, James, was phenomenal. He takes much pride in his work and keeps at it until we were both satisfied. He also acted as a liaison with the subcontractors which was a relief for me! He quickly became a part of our family.

All of the individuals we have worked with displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and honesty. We had the pleasure of working with Gary, Darryll, and Angie. When my husband I decided to have white 6-panel doors and white woodwork installed in our home we didn’t know who to contact. We looked in the phone book for companies who would do this kind of work and were fortunate enough to select G.A. Chott & Associates.

We contacted G.A. Chott and Associates to remodel our master bathroom, basement and remove a tree in the home we had just purchased. Gary and his group were very helpful in the design phase (suggesting a bay window to visually extend the bathroom space) and insuring that the plans were what we wanted in our home. The tree was a unique challenge but Gary brought in an engineer and came up with a plan. Even though there were several additions to the contract due to compliance to code issues, we were kept informed why and how much the work would cost.

Gary’s workers did a great job of always leaving our ”living space” clean and free of tools and debris. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

We have additional work to be done on the house and will be contacting Gary in the future to come back again. I would recommend G.A. Chott and Associates and would be happy to talk to you to answer any questions you may have.

Carol and I want to thank you for the fabulous job you did on our 50-year old kitchen. The finished job was worth it. We have gotten so many compliments and we have accepted them all graciously from our envious neighbors.

This note is long overdue but just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the gentlemanly manner in which your men conducted themselves while doing the job under contract at our house. I was not well at the time and I’m sure it was a difficult situation for the men as I was often not able to get going in the morning due to medication. Besides the quality work, you also have a knack for hiring men of good character. Those that I aware of on the job were: Shawn, Michael, Bill, Brian and Carey. Thanks to all.
